This husband and wife realtor team purchased and are currently renovating Eben Ezra Roberts prairie style home where manufactures and distributors can showcase their products in an environment where consumers can see them in use. 

 

This model home concept will showcase fixtures, finishes, other innovative products and services provided by sponsors.  More importantly, visitors will experience firsthand, the products as they are actually being used.

 

Sponsors gain the benefit of exposure into an untapped market of the HGTV, DIY fanbase, who will learn how Consumer Renovation Programs (CRP's) such as HUDs FHA203K and Fannie Mae Homestyle as the funds to do their own renovation.

Located in Historic South Shore community, which is primed for growth and rapid improvement, the show home is just three blocks from a lovely beach on Chicago’s famous Lake Michigan and the prized South Shore Cultural Center (where President Obama and First Lady Michelle hosted their wedding reception). A short walk to two golf courses and the Jackson Park Yacht Club. Jackson park is the designated location for Obama Presidential Library.
